Pulling Up

While we were putting a ceiling fan in Macey's room she was hanging out

in her crib and figured out how to stand up.

 

5 Months

She sits up by herself now.

This is the dress that Grandma Janice bought over 30 years ago when Debbie was pregnant with Kyle. They've been saving it for their granddaughter which they never got, but now both of their great granddaughters have worn it (Emery passed it down to Macey).

 

Loves to swing- this was at the Moody's house and she loved it so much that they gave us their extra one of these car swings for our deck.

Still wants to stand all the time

Emery loves to grab Macey 

Likes pickles... and lemons and really everything she's tried so far

LOVES cups and grabs any cup that gets close to her.

She also drinks out of a sippy cup now.

Has had some rough days with "teething" even though she's not poking any teeth out. The doctor says the teeth are shifting so they get all of the signs of teething but they aren't coming through.

We are excited for Baby Cannata to come!

 

 

We didn't get a weight check this month but she is 26 inches long (still in the 75th percentile). She's a lot more active and playful now- she loves people and gets passed around a lot which doesn't bother her at all. I think her favorite thing right now is Bruce- sometimes he just walks into the room and she laughs. She looks for him and grabs him and loves to watch him.
