Reading
"Reading" her favorite book. Of course it's "Dogs" :)
When she reads, and sometimes when she plays now, she uses a really high-pitched voice. It's pretty cute.
Playing with Bruce
Macey is still in love with Bruce. She also really likes balls and carries them around the house (we got her a big bag of balls, like they have in play places, for Christmas with some of her Grandpa Bill & Grandma Barbara money- so, thank you!) She realized that Bruce liked her ball too and she was "chasing" him around the house with it. She was giggling like crazy in the other room before I got my camera out :) I missed most of it (of course) but got a little bit of her playing with him.

11 Months (& 10)
11 months today
Her favorite stuffed animal- "Buck" the dog from Buckingham Palace
(Chad went to London for work last month and brought this home for her)
It's hard to get her to stand still anymore, so we tried some sitting pictures :)
Still loves to be thrown and "dropped"
At 11 months, Macey weighs around 22 pounds (75th percentile) and is 30 1/4 inches long (90th percentile). She'll go to the doctor next month for her one year checkup so we'll get more exact measurements then. This is just what I can measure from home.
At 10 months, Macey weighed 21 pounds (75th percentile) and was 29 1/2 inches long (90th percentile) so she's staying pretty regular in her growth percentages.
Macey took her first steps the day she turned 9 months and then at 10 months she must have decided she liked walking better, so that's all she does now.
She gets into everything and loves opening drawers/cabinets. I find her magnets and shoes hiding in random drawers a lot :) She loves to eat, we always have to make sure her bag is packed with snacks before we go anywhere.
It seems like she says more words every week. "Hi" is probably her favorite right now- she says hi to everyone, and greets us with it when she walks into the room. She also says "Hi Dad" :)
Dad, Mom, dog, ball, yum, snack ("na")... are some other words she says and she signs "done" now. Her version of it at least:
